The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Esquiline Hill. The restaurant serves good food, with a rich and above-average breakfast offering fresh fruits and delicious choices for every palate.

Location next to Termini Station
Internet charged at 10-15 € per day (depending on how you ask for it). Free in all surrounding hotels. No place in the room to put your laptop. Since internet in the room is only WIRED I had to put it on the fridge and work while standing. No way to arrange a different solution with hotel personnel. Big room in my case but NO wardrobe!

There was nothing about our bedroom which was 4 star, more like 2 star. So small it didn't even have a wardrobe, just a hole with a curtain covering it. There was no shower, just a hand held attachment over the bath but because of the slope of the walls you couldn't stand up in the bath. When i asked to use the bath i was told that there was an extra charge for using the jacussi part. The window was a slit, which i had to bend down to see out of as it was so low. Airco was so loud we couldn't hear the TV but didn't actally do anything & we couldn't switch it off Kept us awake. TV channels were only in Italien, signal was so poor from the english speaking ones you couldn't watch it.A terrible room considering we were paying 4 star prices. Staff not interested i our complaints. No free internet access. Small swimming pool on roof was actually a tub where maybe 5 people could put their feet in! There was 5 sunloungers for the whole hotel to sunbath on. How this hotel got its 4 star rating and pices i honestly do not know.

Luxury spotlessly clean hotel with good service and views of the inside. Magnificent, fantastic location to the airport for an early flight. Also - close to the Colosseum, other main attractions and many bars, restaurants, cafes as well as subway and bus.

The location is great, it is a beautiful elegant hotel, excellent breakfast buffet and well served, hotel has a terrace on the top floor, it is suitable to drink with a view that I have not visited because of lack of time
It was my second time there, but it was good the first time. Let's say they gave me a smaller room despite booking a larger room and immediately kindly replaced it with a larger room, but it's the room that hotels keep for free as a wild card because they know this problem. We were already waken up at 5:30, 6:00, so it didn't go as well as I'd hoped. I had one night and that was it. Then I found the bathroom not as clean as I wanted, so I cleaned it myself, without saying anything. They gave me a 20% discount on my next stay. Secondly, they have a central air conditioning and you have to ask the front desk if you turn it on or off. I wasted my time.

location is very closeby termini stn -the main central train stn in rome..we ddnt even get lost less than 3min from metro stn termini..i also loved the bfast buffet they served..i like the vintage classic atmosphere..the technical guy who fixed our tv n internet inside the room is very helpful and polite..the most impt thing tat i liked from the hotel is their luggage storage Nd allowed us to stor our luggages for 3 days..it was such a relief from our side knowing we dun nid to carry our luggages here n there.
they are understaff..very difficult to multitask some guests might hv the tendency to be impatient especially for certain requests that are not attended immediately

Good Location. Clean,
Breakfast drink service rather slow. Suggest they add self service hot drinks. The rest is self service
